The final artwork is for personal use only. (The client is allowed to use artwork for avatars/icons, profile pictures, forums, print them out and hang them to your wall, etc...)

The client may not sell or allter the artwork in any form. NFTs are NOT allowed

The artist can publish WIPs online unless told otherwise.

The artist retains the creative rights to the artwork. This includes using the artwork on my professional portfolio and social media. (Unless told otherwise)

Proper credit must be given to the artist in case the artwork is used or published online.

Character reference information: Pdf with appearance, description, elements/props, pose, expression, (for Illustration: atmosphere or feelings of the piece you want to evoke)

I'll notify the client about position in waiting list.

IMPORTANT: If you have changed your plans or want to cancel the commission before it starts, please let me know. This is important for calculating the time of my work and organization.

Once month arrives, I'll contact and we make the Payment. Then I'll do some options sketches

1 STAGE: Preview Composition Sketch. The client may request changes (outfit, pose, background, or anything that involves redrawing most of the artwork) but please said all at the same time.

2 STAGE: Black and White. Minor changes can be done.

3 STAGE: Final Color Render. Color adjustments and/or adding tiny details.

Finished piece will be send in JPG and PNG.

Payment via Paypal invoices in EUROS.

The payment will be upfront. There is the possibility of paying 50% upfront and 50% after the black and white check, before the color render. (Let me know your preferred option)

All rates are base prices for one character. The final cost may vary based on the particular attributes of the order.

In case of a "URGENT" delivery date would be an extra cost.

Refunds will not be accepted.
